1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SenseOCR you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SenseOCR converts documents you upload into structured text using optical character recognition. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store and display your documents for the purpose of providing the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content you have no right to process, to abuse the service, to attempt to bypass quotas or to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and payments

Free daily credits and paid credit packs are described on the Pricing page. Paid credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may change or discontinue features.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
